Since it was our first time selling a home, he has been extremely helpful from start to finish. Not only was he knowledgeable about the market and economy, he was also more tech savvy than the other agents we looked into.

When the house was in escrow, we ran into problems with the buyer’s lender time after time. But Bart was always cool headed and showed his negotiation skill to expedite things along.

“Bart Tipton, where do I start and is there enough space to tell our experience. We were ready to sell our house and move back to Bakersfield and started looking at houses online, thus meeting Bart. He took the time to learn our must haves and deal breakers and lined up houses to see, always making sure our two hour drive was well worth the time. Then his real professionalism, experience and true compassion came into play.
We started having difficulties with our buyers lender and the escrow had to be extended twice ending with a 90 day close. I remember one time after getting disturbing news, which possibly could have resulted in the sale falling through of both houses, Bart happened to call I started to give him the new info and started crying like a baby. He calmed me down saying not to panic it wasn’t over and wished he could give me a big hug to ease my worries.
Throughout this entire time he was in constant contact with our realtor in trying to help her get our house sold even going as far as to call the buyers lender to offer his help. My husband truly appreciated his truthfulness and patience, how quickly Bart responded to his calls, and especially setting up our lender (also awesome) and setting up documentation signing via e-mail to help expedite the transactions. It took six months but he never quit on us.
